Signs off on a pending runbook in a workspace registry.
Overview
Registers a cryptographic approval signature for a pending workspace runbook. Requires administrator or owner privileges. Under our dual-approval gating policy, the approver cannot be the runbook author, and the runbook will only unlock for teammate execution once it receives two independent administrator approvals.
