All Sales Are Final
Due to the non-returnable nature of digital items, downloadable products, and immediate access to community resources, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the digital asset has been made accessible to the buyer.
1. Digital Goods Exemption
By proceeding with a purchase on the AIMD platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- The item is a digital product and access is granted immediately.
- You waive any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period (including those under the EU Consumer Rights Directive or UK Consumer Rights Act), as performance begins immediately upon purchase.
- You have reviewed the product preview, description, and creator ratings before completing the transaction.
2. Chargebacks and Disputes
We take payment fraud and chargeback abuse very seriously. By making a purchase, you agree to this no-refund policy.
If a buyer initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal via their bank or credit card provider without valid legal basis:
- Access to the disputed resource will be immediately and permanently revoked.
- The buyer's AIMD account may be immediately suspended or permanently banned.
- We will submit this Refund Policy, the Terms of Service, and digital access logs as evidence to the payment processor to contest the dispute.
3. Exceptions (Material Defect)
The only exception to our All Sales Final policy is if the digital product is materially defective or not as described (e.g., the downloaded file is entirely corrupt and the creator is unable to provide a working version).
To request an exception based on a material defect, you must contact support@aimd.site within seven (7) days of purchase, providing:
- Your Order ID or Payment Reference.
- Specific details and screenshots demonstrating the material defect.
- Proof that you have attempted to contact the creator for a resolution and failed.
Exceptions are granted entirely at the sole discretion of the AIMD administration team.
4. Subscriptions and Memberships
For recurring Creator Memberships or Platform Subscriptions (e.g., Verified Badges, Pro Links):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Settings dashboard.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial months or unused time.
